It is my privilege to welcome you to Nhlakamakho Holdings (Pty) Ltd and the AZIRI platform.

We are building an African enterprise with a simple but ambitious conviction: our continent does not lack opportunity. What Africa needs is the institutional capacity to connect opportunity, capital, resources, people, infrastructure and markets in a disciplined and sustainable way.

Nhlakamakho is therefore being developed as an integrated platform. Energy, storage, ports, logistics, commodities, mining, infrastructure, health, leisure and strategic investment are not intended to stand alone. They are designed to reinforce one another.

Our signed Vopak storage JV gives us a strategic physical-energy platform. Our developing Durban port presence is intended to strengthen the gateway between international supply and African markets. Our SADC and ECOWAS corridor strategy is designed to turn market relationships into dependable distribution capability.

At the same time, we are deliberately moving beyond logistics. The Botswana quarry JV is an entry point toward resource development and mining. Our construction commitments in Ghana position us to participate in practical infrastructure development. Our Mtende leisure vision in Zanzibar represents a longer-term property and hospitality opportunity.

And through AZIRI4MEN NPC, we intend that economic growth should also translate into restoration, training, dignity and community development through initiatives such as Noluthando’s Home and the House of Worship Village.
